My name is Bera. I am French and I want to tell you my experience at Hongik Yoga Institute.
When I was pregnant 4 years ago, I really wanted to follow Prenatal Yoga classes. So I started looking for some classes and I found Hongik Yoga Studio nearby my house. Prenatal Yoga really helped me to relax, stretch and to learn how to breathe. I had a painless and easy delivery. I felt prepared! It was a good chance for me to go to the lessons and to talk to other pregnant mums. I really enjoyed Meditation too. It was a nice way to communicate with the baby! The teachers were so nice and helped us a lot to feel confortable.
Then, I went back to Hongik Yoga Studio after the birth of my baby boy Robin to follow Postnatal Yoga Classes. It helped my body and my mind to recover. I was a busy working mum so I had to stop Yoga for a while, such a pity.
Finally, I decided to go back to Hongik Yoga Institute in January 2016 for a semester and I took the 3 times a week classes (9:10pm/Mon/Wed/Fri). My husband took care of Robin and let me go to my classes. For me, it was a relief. Practicing yoga helps me to relax and to feel better with my body and to be less stress. I always told the teachers that Yoga is better than medicine!
Unfortunately, now I live far away from there so I cannot go anymore… Thanks to everybody of Hongik Yoga Sinchon, you helped me a lot. I try to spread Yoga around me. I convinced my husband and I am trying to teach some basics postures to Robin!
