To me, yoga is life. Also, it is valuable strength that given me the life(4/4) Roh, * Nam Power of yoga helped the childbirth process be natural Yoga is practice within daily life and driving force of life that makes us focus on this moment It is impossible to deliver a baby without concentrating on breathing and consciousness during the important labor pain that is the last stage of childbirth. It is also very important when raising a baby. Master always stresses the importance of practice in daily life! Whenever I have a tough time with the house chore and taking care of the baby and when I have no time for practicing, I make my breath even and do mantra. Then, I feel that I gain strength. I also come to feel the joy with daily life¡¯s chores as I do laundry, wash the dishes and do mantra as I regulate my breathing. I think yoga is not simply listening to good music and shaping a nice body. Considering others and having a grateful heart by myself toward nature and the people who help me are the power of yoga. I think yoga is realizing that I am a part of nature and also yoga is practice of daily life. Master always teaches me that India and Korea closely resemble and that yoga is the philosophy and science of life that is derived from the Indian civilization that is one of the four great civilizations.
