Principle of yoga

Yoga is a practical philosophy, whose goal is the integration of body, mind and meditation.


1. Asanas(postures) are designed to give maximum flexibility and strength to the skeletal, muscular, and nervous systems. They stretch and strengthen the spine and work, with the aid of breathing exercises, to balance and revitalize the body. While doing the stretches the vital organs are massaged and blood circulation is increased. You thus overcomes many symptoms of an imbalanced modern life, and to harness your energy bringing vitality to everyday activities.


2. Pranayama(breath control) is the breathing process or the control of the motion of inhalation, exhalation and the retention of vital energy. As a result, the nerve can be purified and the immune system boosted, which brings strong disease-preventing and longevity enhancing effect in your body, and tranquility in your mind.


3. Meditation opens the awareness to the infinite reservoir of energy, creativity and intelligence that lies deep within everyone. This psychological exercise sharpens the intellect and improves perception, memory, concentration and mental strength. Ultimately you can achieve Self-realization and new insights of the spiritual life.
