Principle of yoga

the control of the motion of inhalation, exhalation and the retention of
vital energy. As a result, the nerve can be purified and the immune system
boosted, which brings strong disease-preventing and longevity enhancing
effect in your body, and tranquility in your mind.
3. Meditation opens the awareness to the infinite reservoir
of energy, creativity and intelligence that lies deep within everyone. This
psychological exercise sharpens the intellect and improves perception, memory,
concentration and mental strength. Ultimately you can achieve Self-realization
and new insights of the spiritual life.
